Terms of Service

1. Provider

2. Scope of the service

TaxiFlow provides a software platform and related digital tools for taxi and transport businesses, including booking, dispatch, administration, website integrations, customer-facing flows, dashboards, communications, and related operational features.

TaxiFlow is a software and technology provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, TaxiFlow does not itself provide transportation services, act as a licensed taxi operator, employ drivers for customer rides, or assume responsibility for transport performance delivered by a customer or its drivers.

3. Who may use TaxiFlow

TaxiFlow is intended for business customers and their authorized users, including administrators, staff, drivers, dispatchers, and other permitted users.

You may use the service only if you have the legal authority to do so and only in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and any instructions or documentation we provide.

4. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for its business operations and for all use of TaxiFlow under its account. This includes responsibility for:

5. Accounts and access credentials

Where TaxiFlow provides accounts, logins, or administrative access, you are responsible for maintaining the security of those credentials and for all activity carried out through your account unless caused by TaxiFlow’s breach of its own obligations.

You must notify us without undue delay if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, account misuse, or any material security issue related to your use of the service.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use TaxiFlow to:

7. Fees and payment

Fees for TaxiFlow are charged according to the applicable quotation, plan, order, or written agreement between TaxiFlow and the customer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are stated exclusive of VAT, taxes, duties, and similar charges. The customer is responsible for paying all amounts due in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

If payment is overdue, TaxiFlow may charge applicable late fees or statutory interest where permitted by law, and may suspend parts of the service after reasonable notice where non-payment remains unresolved.

The current campaign offers a 30-day free trial from the date the system is ready to use, with the trial vehicle count confirmed during onboarding. No payment or setup charge is due during the trial. It includes 100 SMS per company, and sending pauses at the limit. There is no automatic paid conversion or charge if the customer stops during the trial. Only if the customer actively chooses to continue do the €349 setup fee and selected progressive monthly price apply. A separately branded customer app is outside the trial. Paid SMS is enabled only after the customer sees and accepts the applicable per-SMS rate. All prices are in EUR excluding VAT. See current pricing and scope.

8. Third-party services and integrations

TaxiFlow may integrate with or depend on third-party services, such as maps, messaging providers, notification services, payment services, hosting infrastructure, app stores, analytics tools, or other external platforms.

TaxiFlow is not responsible for downtime, errors, policy changes, pricing changes, removals, or service interruptions caused by third-party services outside TaxiFlow’s reasonable control.

9. Availability, maintenance, and updates

TaxiFlow aims to provide a stable and reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, security improvements, bug fixes, and technical changes may be performed from time to time.

We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, product development, infrastructure, or operational reasons.

10. Data protection and privacy

TaxiFlow processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

Where TaxiFlow acts as a processor on behalf of a business customer, the customer remains responsible for its own legal basis, notices, permissions, and compliance obligations as data controller for the data processed in its business operations.

11. Intellectual property

TaxiFlow and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the TaxiFlow platform, software, code, interfaces, designs, workflows, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted to the customer under a written agreement.

The customer retains rights to its own business data, branding assets, and content that it lawfully provides to TaxiFlow.

12. Confidentiality

Each party shall treat non-public business, technical, commercial, and operational information received from the other party as confidential and shall not disclose it to third parties except as required by law, necessary to perform the service, or permitted by an applicable agreement.

13. Suspension and termination

TaxiFlow may suspend or restrict access to the service, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary due to security risks, misuse, unlawful activity, non-payment, technical threats, or material breach of these Terms.

Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the applicable contract, subscription terms, notice period, or other agreed commercial terms.

Upon termination, access rights may cease, and TaxiFlow may delete or anonymize data in accordance with the applicable agreement, legal obligations, and retention requirements.

14. Warranties and disclaimers

Except to the extent required by law or expressly agreed in writing, TaxiFlow provides the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

TaxiFlow does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every business model, or sufficient to satisfy every legal or regulatory requirement applicable to a customer’s local operations. The customer remains responsible for its own business, legal compliance, and operational decisions.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxiFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxiFlow’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer to TaxiFlow for the relevant service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by mandatory law or expressly agreed in writing.

16. Indemnity

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold TaxiFlow harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of the customer’s unlawful use of the service, breach of these Terms, transport operations, fares, driver conduct, customer disputes, regulatory non-compliance, or data provided by the customer in violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Changes to these Terms

TaxiFlow may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, commercial, or operational changes. The latest version will always be published on this page.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, unless mandatory law requires a different process.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, unless otherwise required by mandatory law or expressly agreed in writing.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
