Want an app with your company name too?
Customers can book through your website without an app. If you also want a customer app, it costs €45/month per company for standard maintenance and updates. The additional €1,050 setup covers your name and logo, settings, testing and submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Publication requires approval from the app stores.

SMS delivery is charged separately after the trial. Paid SMS is enabled only after we show you the applicable per-SMS rate and you accept it. Domain registration, app-store accounts and external payment-provider fees are separate when used and disclosed before ordering. Custom development and integrations require a separate quote.

Questions about pricing and the trial
When do the 30 days begin?
When your booking website and system are ready to use. We agree how many cars you will try it with before you start.
Do I need to pay or cancel a subscription?
No. There is no charge during the trial, no automatic conversion and no charge if you stop before it ends. Only an active decision to continue leads to the €349 setup fee and your selected monthly subscription.
How is the price calculated when I add cars?
Each car keeps the rate from its band. Car 1 is €35, cars 2–3 are €34 each, cars 4–7 are €31 each, cars 8–15 are €26 each, and further cars are €22 each. Four cars cost €134/month.
Do I get the same features with just one car?
Yes. Every standard feature is available in every band. Growing your fleet does not add another setup fee or unlock basic functions.
Is the customer app part of the trial?
No. The booking website and TaxiFlow driver app are included. Customers do not need an app to book on the website. An app with your company name is optional at €45/month plus €1,050 one-time app setup.
What happens with SMS?
The trial includes 100 free SMS and sending pauses at the limit. After the trial, we show the applicable per-SMS rate and activate paid sending only after you accept it.
Are there other costs?
Prices exclude VAT. Domain registration, app-store accounts and payment-provider fees are separate when used and disclosed before ordering. Custom development and integrations need a separate quote.
