Do customers need to download an app?
No. They can book on the website. An app with your company name is an optional extra.
Can customers find my website on Google?
Yes, your website can appear on Google and other search engines. Customers who find it can book there without you first sending them a website address. Visibility depends on factors such as website content, location and competition. TaxiFlow does not guarantee a search position or a number of bookings.
Can I keep taking other work?
You can use TaxiFlow for your company’s bookings while taking other work. We review how you work before setup. Automatic connections to other systems are not included as standard.
