This page provides TaxiFlow's website information under Article 28 of the EU Data Act for non-personal data held in the EU. The accepted Data Processing Agreement and private Supplier Notice govern personal data and its international transfers.
Infrastructure and relevant jurisdictions
TaxiFlow's application and MariaDB database run on an Amazon Lightsail instance in AWS region eu-north-1 (Stockholm, Sweden). TaxiFlow operates from Sweden. Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, the European AWS contracting entity, is established in Luxembourg. AWS is part of a group headquartered in the United States; U.S. law may be relevant to a demand directed at a group company. These are the jurisdictions TaxiFlow currently identifies as relevant to the deployed infrastructure and provider chain. Swedish server location alone does not guarantee that authorities elsewhere cannot request access.
Measures against unlawful access or transfer
- TaxiFlow restricts production access to authorised personnel, uses authenticated administration and encrypted public connections, and does not expose the production database directly to the public internet. TaxiFlow assesses demands for EU-held non-personal data against EU and Swedish law, contests a demand when legally justified, limits any required disclosure and records the decision. Notice cannot be given where law prohibits it.
- AWS states that its customer-data terms direct government requests to customers where possible, notify customers when legally permitted, challenge inappropriate or conflicting demands, and disclose only the minimum legally required. See the AWS DPA explanation. AWS's commitments do not remove TaxiFlow's own duties.
- TaxiFlow reviews supplier or infrastructure changes affecting these protections. A third-country authority's request is not treated as general permission to transfer EU-held non-personal data contrary to EU or Swedish law.
